Eoghan Ballard began his initiatic path in Afro-diasporic religions - various ramas of Palo Congo and Vodou over 30 years ago, receiving initiations in Cuba. He is a Master Mason in the French Rite, and received his doctorate in Folklore & Folklife at the University of Pennsylvania in 2005. His dissertation, "Ndoki Bueno Ndoki Malo, Historic and Contemporary Kongo Religion in the African Diaspora" focused primarily on Kongo practices in Cuba. He specializes in Spiritual Court readings in espiritismo cruzado. He has done online professional reading in all his initiated traditions for over a decade.
